Va Bene's interior transformation

Built in the Netherlands by Kees Cornelissen in 1992, Va Bene underwent a significant transformation during her refit at Pendennis with interior build and fitout by Norfolk Interiors in 2007/8. The work programme carried out on board was a comprehensive upgrade including re-working of both the interior and exterior spaces.

The Owner’s stateroom was completely stripped out and re-configured under the direction of the shipyard to a H2 interior design. The new Owner’s suite included a large bathroom, a walk in closet and large office that converts into a bedroom for up to three children. Each of the other five staterooms on board was given a face lift whilst below the Owner’s cabin brand new crew accommodation was completed with a larger crew mess. The large main salon has a timeless interior design, with pale, limed wood emphasising the sense of space and abundance of natural light. Installation of a brand-new state of the art audio visual system and luxury bespoke carpets running the full length of the yacht completed the modernisation throughout.
